Many people adopt beliefs and belief systems without a comprehensive validation of the beliefs and the belief system. Beliefs are what we consider to be true. Truth is what we trust as consistent. If I drop a ball from my hand, it will move towards the ground. It does that every day. It’s consistent. It’s true that a ball will fall towards the ground if dropped. But there are beliefs that are more difficult to validate. Few people consider what the criteria should be to validate beliefs and belief systems.
